Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Overview
BobUpAI offers three subscription tiers:
- Basic Plan: $5/month
- Pro Plan: $10/month
- Enterprise Plan: $500/month
All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew until cancelled.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log into your account and go to subscription settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
- No refunds will be issued for partial months
Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers:
- If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund
- This guarantee applies only to your first month of subscription
- Refunds for subsequent months are at our discretion
- Refunds are not available for Enterprise plans with custom agreements

4. Special Circumstances
We may issue refunds in special circumstances, including:
- Technical issues preventing access to the service for an extended period
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service outages lasting more than 24 hours
Each case will be evaluated individually, and refunds are at our sole discretion.
5. Upgrade and Downgrade Policy
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When you upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. When you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
6. Payment Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
7. Account Termination
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued. You are responsible for any charges incurred prior to termination.
8. California Law
As a California-based company, we comply with California's automatic renewal law (Business and Professions Code sections 17600-17606). We provide clear disclosure of subscription terms, obtain your affirmative consent, and provide an easy cancellation mechanism.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
